Now the reality
Food on the way to Milngavie we bought OK, as with dinner on Fort William
The rest of the food was bought en-route and varied from the plan. Or is difficult to get everything in a small spar shop at 5:30 on a wet Wednesday evening so be prepared to improvise, but make sure that all are OK with the food. At the Green Wellie Stop Cafe we bought loads of Pasta 'n Sauce since that was all they had. At the Kingshouse we bought the following days lunch in the pub. It came warmed and wrapped up, but the warmed was no good since it was 18 hours till we ate it.

Stopping in a cafe for a break is a good stop to have, bacon and egg rolls first thing in the afternoon can't be beaten.

If you ask the Spicey One wasn't quite what we were used to but we added extra chillies and that killed the taste!
